How can I place an order?
A product appeals to you, and you want to place an order?
It’s easy, just go to the product page, select the quantity you want and add it to your basket. Please note that the maximum quantity per item is 6 units.
You can view or change your basket by clicking on the dedicated icon in the top right-hand corner of the site. Once you have confirmed your basket, you will be able to place your order either by logging into your customer account or as a guest.
Please check the details of your order and the delivery address before completing payment for your order. An order confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been authorised.

Despite our best efforts, your order may be cancelled for several reasons: an unexpected stock shortage, a problem with payment or order preparation. Depending on the delivery method selected at the time of payment, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return a product?
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.
You can make your return request directly from your customer account or from “Track my order” if you placed your order as a guest.
Once you have created your return, please pack your product(s) carefully and place the returns form inside your parcel. This will enable our teams to quickly identify your order.
A prepaid label will be sent to you by email so that you can return your parcel to us free of charge.
Please note that products must be new, unused and in their original packaging in order to be returned and refunded.

Anyone with skin can use Drunk Elephant, however, not every product is intended for every customer. It's all about understanding which products are needed based on individual skin concerns. Drunk Elephant products are formulated with research-backed, skin-friendly ingredients that deliver clinically proven results.Can Drunk Elephant be used by babies?
We recommend consulting with a pediatrician before introducing any new skincare products for babies due to their unique, highly sensitive skin.Can Drunk Elephant be used by children?
Yes, however not every product in our line should be used by younger fans, 12 and under. In general, we do not recommend using products containing high concentration of active ingredients, which address concerns that aren’t present at such an age.

For younger fans, 12 and under, who are interested in getting into skincare and developing healthy routines, we have gentle formulas/options to consider. For face: Beste No. 9, Pekee, E-Rase, Slaai, Lala, Lippe, Virgin Marula Oil, Umbra SPF 30 sunscreens, D-Bronzi, O-Bloos, F-Balm, B-Hydra, and Wonderwild. For hair and body: Cocomino and Silkamino hair products, Wild Marula Tangle Spray, Sili and Sili Whipped Body Lotions.
While the above formulas are gentle formulas/options to consider, we would note that they’re not all necessary. Start slow, with just a few basics (cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen), which can help establish a lifetime of healthy skin habits.

Yes. Younger fans, 12 and under, should not use following products due to their very active nature: A-Passioni, A-Gloei, A-Shaba, B-Goldi, Babyfacial, Bouncy Brightfacial, C-Firma, Juju, Koffie Scrub, Protini Serum, Sweet Pitti, Scrubbi Bamboes, *T.L.C. Framboos, T.L.C. Glycolic Body Lotion, and T.L.C. Happi Scalp Scrub.
Protini Cream, though both safe and gentle is less appropriate given its main job is to help boost healthy collagen to strengthen skin. At such a young age, you’re making collagen in abundance, so it’s less of a useful formula, which is why we recommend Lala or Virgin Marula as the moisturizer first stop for kids and tweens.
*When it comes to T.L.C. Framboos and tweens, it’s more a question of need and skin concern. While a perfectly safe formula, T.L.C. Framboos focuses on exfoliation and decongesting pores, which for many tweens, just isn’t necessary yet. However, those who are experiencing breakouts and blackheads can absolutely benefit from it—just start slow, 1-3 times per week, and be sure to wear SPF every single day, no exceptions.
What about eye creams? C-Tango & Ceramighty are safe , gentle and nourishing options for skin, a separate eye cream isn’t necessary given the specific concerns for such a product likely just aren’t present in younger skin. Your moisturizer (like Lala, for example) may give you everything you need around the eye area.

Yes! For younger fans, 12 and under, a basic routine of cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen are really all that is needed. Our Beste No. 9 or Pekee Bar cleanser at night, followed with a few drops of Virgin Marula Oil for balance and moisture is a great example. In the morning, consider just a splash with a little water instead of cleansing, and then apply Virgin Marula Oil followed by Umbra SPF 30 sunscreen. Use Lippe on the lips day and night.

Yes! For many teens, a basic routine of cleanser (Beste No. 9), moisturizer (Lala or Virgin Marula Oil) and sunscreen (Umbra) can make a major difference in breakouts, not just by establishing a regular routine of caring for skin, but also by eliminating any ingredient categories that can disrupt and sensitize skin. FYI: We call those the Suspicious 6 for short, which refers to the six categories of ingredients that are at the root cause of many common skin issues (like sensitivity, inflammation, and breakouts). For that reason, you’ll never find these six in any of our products: fragrances/dyes, essential oils, drying alcohols, chemical sunscreens, sodium lauryl sulfate or silicones.
