On drunkelephant.co.uk we offer you 2 shipping methods:

*When collecting your order at your local Post Office please bring a form of Photo ID/Confirmation sent to you via Email/SMS.

Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day (from Monday to Friday excluded bank holidays).

The Products that are ordered may only be delivered to United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, British Antarctic Territory and British Indian Ocean Territory).

For Express Shipping, there are certain areas where shipping timings are slightly extended to three to five working days. These affected areas are:

After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt confirmation. As soon as your package is assigned, you will receive a tracking number to follow you delivery.
